1. Season your Schweid & Sons Butcher’s Blend Burger and cook on high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium rare. Adjust time for preferred doneness.
2. Open bun and place lettuce leaf on top. Then add Burger patty, ketchup, mustard, tomato slices, pickles and relish. Put top bun on and enjoy!
