3. Cut pizza dough into three equal pieces. Roll each piece into a long rope and cut into two equal pieces. Take one piece of dough and roll into an 8” rope. Place a line of garlic paste, parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley (1 Tbsp or so of each), as well as 1-2 tsp of oregano on the board next to the dough. Roll the dough into the ingredients and back again to pick up all the ingredients off the board. Gently fold dough into a knot and place in greased cast iron skillet. Repeat with remaining dough until you have 6 garlic knots. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
