Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat a cast iron skillet or flat top griddle to medium high heat. If using our 2.5oz Sliders, then no prep is needed and you’re ready to smash! If you’re using our 5.3 oz Burgers, tightly pack the Burgers into balls then smash on the hot surface with a spatula.
  2. 2. Make the special sauce by whisking together the mayonnaise, mustard, grated onion, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
  3. 3. Increase the heat to high. Butter buns and quickly toast on the griddle. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. Place three burgers on flat top and flatten with a metal spatula. Allow to cook for a couple minutes, then spoon 1-2 Tbsp of your special sauce onto burgers and flip. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes, then add a slice of cheese to each burger patty.
  5. 5. Once melted, carefully stack Burgers and put on bun. Top with additional special sauce and pickles if you like!
