1. Thinly slice a whole onion and add to a heated pan with 1 tbsp of oil. Cook on medium heat until browned – about 15 minutes.
2. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Add Schweid & Sons Burger patty and grill for about 5 to 6 minutes per side until the desired doneness.
3. Toast brioche buns with butter. Mix mayo & Sriracha together.
4. When the Burger patty is close to being done, add a slice of cheddar cheese.
5. Assemble! Start with the bottom bun, add Sriracha mayo, the Burger patty, the caramelized onion, and the sundried tomatoes. Then, drizzle more Sriracha mayo on top and enjoy!
