Instructions
Grilled Pineapple
  1. 1. Mix lime juice and herbs together
  2. 2. Vaccum seal pineapple with marinade
  3. 3. Sous Vide pineapple for 1 hour
  4. 4. Grill and slice pineapple
Cinnamon Sauce
  1. 1. Mix all ingredients together and whisk until incorporated
Candied Bacon
  1. 1. Layout bacon on a sheet pan and distribute brown sugar and black pepper over bacon.
  2. 2. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Schweid & Sons Slider
  1. 1. Use Schweid & Sons Butcher’s Blend 1lb Brick and section into 5 portions. Flatten out potions to slider patties.
  2. 2. Pre-heat skillet or flat top on medium high heat
  3. 3. Place Burgers carefully on heated surface and cook for 2 minutes. Carefully flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until cooked to desired temperature.
  4. 4. Assemble the Burger: Brioche bottom bun, cinnamon sauce, Schweid & Sons Slider Burger, Arugula, Brie Cheese, Grilled Pineapple, Candied Bacon.
