Breakfast Sausage Biscuits with Mt. Olive Jalpeños

Instructions
  1. 1. In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, fry sausages until golden brown and cooked through, turning occasionally. Set aside.
  2. 2. Wipe out the skillet, add 1-2 Tbsp of butter, and add eggs. If you like, you can use a ring mold to keep the eggs circular. Cook eggs to desired doneness, covering to set the whites but keep the yolks runny.
  3. 3. Melt the cheese on each biscuit under the broiler or with a kitchen torch. Add a sausage patty, an egg, and Mt. Olive Italian Seasoned Sliced Jalapenos. Enjoy!
