This recipe takes our famous Schweid & Sons patties and tops them with a flavorful blast of guacamole, sauteed mushrooms, provolone cheese, tomatoes, arugula, and garlic mayo.

Instructions
  1. Cook Schweid and Sons Burger patty to desired doneness. For medium rare, cook about 6 minutes on each side.
  2. While Burger is cooking sautee mushrooms.
  3. On the bottom bun, add guacamole. Then add the finished Schweid and Sons Burger patty, provolone cheese slices, sauteed mushrooms, tomatoes and arugula. Add garlic mayo to the top bun and finish assembly.
