Maple Chipotle Sausage Breakfast Slammers
Instructions
  1. 1. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat. Once heated, add the 4 Schweid & Sons Pork Sausage Breakfast patties and cook for 4 minutes on each side (or until thoroughly cooked).
  2. 2. In a bowl, crack 4 eggs and scramble. Add milk if desired and salt & pepper to taste.
  3. 3. In a non-stick skillet, add 1 tbsp of butter. Once melted, add the eggs and cook to desired consistency and doneness.
  4. 4. Once Sausage Patties are done, add cheddar slices and turn off the heat.
  5. 5. Time to build the Sausage Breakfast Sandwich! Start with the bottom bun, add the Schweid & Sons Pork Sausage Patty with cheddar on top, then scrambled eggs and a drizzle of the maple chipotle aioli. Add the top bun and enjoy!
