  1. 1. Heat a large cast iron skillet or griddle over medium high heat. Add 1-2 Tbsp oil and burger patties, leaving alone for the first few minutes.
  2. 2. Flip the burgers and, using two spautlas, roughly chop the burger meat. Make space in the pan and add the onions, stirring occasionally to incorporate everything.
  3. 3. When beef is mostly browned, add cheese and do not disturb for a few moments as the cheese starts to melt. Chop the patties and stir in the melted cheese.
  4. 4. While the beef is cooking, prepare french fries, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. When all elements are ready, make your sandwich by spreading the toasted roll with mayo (and some hot sauce, if desired). Pile on ground beef, then top with fried toppings and any additional garnishes you like. Wrap in parchment paper and enjoy!
