Bourbon-Bacon Barbecue Cheeseburger
pkg bacon, cut in half
ground beef patties
Montreal Steak Seasoning
pkg sliced Colby Jack cheese
10 to 12
bakery pretzel buns, halved
jar sliced dill pickles
Crunchy Onion Rings
Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Sprinkle patties with seasoning. Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Top each patty with 2 slices cheese; let stand 1 minute or until melted.
Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute or until toasted. Stir together barbecue sauce and bourbon; spread over bun bottoms.
Serve patties on buns with pickles and Crunchy Onion Rings.
