Instructions
  1. 1. Grill or pan sear Burger to desired doneness.
  2. 2. Add blue cheese and quickly melt under the broiler or using a kitchen torch.
  3. 3. In a blender or food processor, combine mayonnaise, black garlic cloves and balsamic vinegar. Blend until smooth.
  4. 4. Toast buns and spread with black garlic mayo, then top with a handful of arugula, your Burger patty, and fried onions.
