Instructions
  1. Wash all fruit. Cut up strawberries and add them to the blackberries & blueberries. Set inside fridge to chill.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium-high heat. Once heated, add the three Schweid & Sons Original Pork Sausage Breakfast patties and cook about 4 minutes per side.
  3. While the Sausage patties are cooking, heat oil in another non-stick skillet over low heat until its shimmering – should take about 4 minutes.
  4. Crack an egg into a small bowl. Carefully and slowly add the egg to the skillet.
  5. Cover it with a tight lid to cook until the whites are completely set. The yolk should remain runny. Cook for about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Once the Sausage and eggs are done, assemble on a plate with a side of your fresh berry salad and start your day off with a smile!
