Schweid & Sons, purveyors of premium ground beef for four generations, debuted and sampled a selection of new items at the Annual Meat Conference in Dallas, TX from March 6-8th, 2023. We were excited to show the industry what we have been working on and loved meeting with everyone who stopped by the booth to discuss the new items & sample our products.

Heritage Blend– Schweid & Sons’ custom research revealed that more than half of consumers are looking for a greater variety of ground beef options at shelf. For years, Schweid’s popular proprietary blend of Chuck, Brisket & Sirloin has been available for foodservice; now, it will be available for retailers so consumers can enjoy it at home, too.

NEW PORK PRODUCTS:
In Q4 2022, Schweid & Sons entered the premium sausage category with the debut of fresh, pork breakfast sausage patties in three crowd-pleasing flavors: Original, Apple, and Italian.
