Ingredients

• 6 oz Special Blend: Brisket, Chuck, Short Rib
• 1 oz smoked bacon, ground
• Caramelized onions
• Sauteed mushrooms
• Smoked cheddar cheese, sliced

Instructions

1. 1. Mix the ground smoked bacon into the ground beef blend.
2. 2. Form patties and press them into a ring cutter to form; grill to desired temperature.
3. 3. Top with sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onions, and sliced smoked cheddar cheese.
4. 4. Place on a grilled brioche bun and serve with a side of mac and cheese.
