- 1/3 cup minced garlic
- 1 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cup copped parsley
- 3 tbsps olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsps ground cumin
- 1 tbsp Baking Soda
Green Tahini Sauce
- 1 cup pure Tahini (100% crushed sesame seeds)
- 2-3 lemons juice only
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 1 bunch chopped Italian parsley
- 1/2 cup water
